Tonight’s Preview: The Kelowna Rockets are meeting the Prince George Cougars for the 7th of 8 times this season. The two teams conclude the seasonal series tomorrow night at the CN Centre. The Rockets are 6-1-0-0 against Prince George, having out-scored the Cougars 31-17. These two teams met back on January 28th with the Rockets earning a 7-3 win. In three of the six games, the Rockets have scored six or more goals. Tonight’s game is the fourth of seven straight games against teams in the BC Division. After these two games, the Rockets head back home to host the Chilliwack Bruins on Friday February 11th. Rockets recent game: Evan Bloodoff scored twice and Tyson Barrie had three assists leading the Rockets to a 6-4 win Wednesday night over the Chilliwack Bruins. Geordie Wudrick scored the game winning goal in the second period. It was Wudrick’s 30th goal of the season. The Bruins had a 2-1 lead after twenty minutes before the Rockets responded with four goals in the second period. Adam Brown earned the win in goal.
