- If I was a betting man, I'd put my money on Mikael Backlund returning to the Rockets lineup Tuesday night in Kamloops. Backlund practiced for a third straight day, and I spoke to him this morning after practice. He told me that if it was up to him, he'd play tomorrow night. It will be up to Rockets athletic therapist Jeff Thorburn and the coaching staff to make the final decision. Backlund's injury was an untimely one. Not only did he miss game one and two of the series, but his father flew in last week from Sweden to see him play.

That's great news Regan, too bad about his father not getting to see him play, maybe the Flame's could fork over a little airfare for him to return in a later round!!! Now all we need is to see KSD back!!
Regan, I heard a rumour that KSD's post concussion problem is severe enough that he likely wont be back this season. Can you confirm?
I have it on very good sources that KSD is doneski for the season...Unfortunatly...
The fact he hasn't been skating with the Rockets tells you how bad the injury is. If you can't even skate with the team, it appears the road to recover is a long one.
