Rockets game notes vs. Bruins


Tonight’s Preview: The Rockets and Bruins are meeting for the 7th time this season. The Rockets are 3-3-0-0 against the expansion franchise, with the two teams deadlocked in goals scored (13-13) in the seasonal series. In the last two meetings the Bruins have recorded back-to-back 1-0 and 2-0 victories, with the Bruins shutout streak against the Rockets now at 125 minutes 28 seconds. The last Rocket to score a goal against Chilliwack was Jason McDonald’s marker at the 5:28 mark of the third period in a 4-3 Rockets win. The Rockets have three wins in their last 7 games overall (3-3-0-1), and have points in five of their last eight games. The Rockets are entering a portion of their schedule playing 3 of the next 5 games on home ice. The Rockets host Lethbridge on Friday before traveling back to Chilliwack on Saturday and making a stop in Seattle on Sunday.
