Nice Work Schenner

Hockey Canada and the Canadian Hockey League (CHL) announced on Monday that 37 of Canada’s best junior-aged hockey players (born in 1988 or later) have been invited to take part in Canada’s National Junior Selection Camp from December 10-14, 2007 at the Father David Bauer Olympic Arena in Calgary, AB.

One of those players is Kelowna Rockets defenseman Luke Schenn.

Canada will play its first game of the 2008 IIHF World Junior Championship on Boxing Day, December 26th versus the Czech Republic.

Help me out here Regan...Is Myers Canadian or American Born and what does is citizenship say? It says he was born in CowTown, but he plays with the USA Teams for U-20 and U-17 and what not. Is He pulling an ol' Brett Hull here? HAHA

He is an American, without his dual citizenship. I understand he is trying to get it though, which would allow him to play on either side of the border. For the moment he is on USA Hockey's radar.
