Yes we will be down at Manhattan Point this season for the post game show. This year, no throwing debris!! Hope to see you there. We are trying to improve the clarity for the viewers-listeners down there, so we hope you will be able to hear us this season.

One more question Regan why is it the Rockets rarely have both Import spots filled? We only have one now & I see there have been a few released from other teams, why not pick one of them up?

Great call in show, with some interesting, albeit guarded, observations from the coaches.

I thought it was kind of unusal that much of the hype this year surrounds the new guys. Don't get me wrong, I'm looking forward to seeing them on the ice, but I really don't expect that much from the younger guys. IMO, its the 18 to 20 year olds that will be the ones providing the real excitment this season.

If you missed the show, the coaches talked about work ethic, a work ethic that must be a constant. They talked highly about the goaltenders and how Westblom will get the start Saturday night. The Rockets failed to fill the one euro spot because of the selection of Backlund, who won't be playing here this season. If the Rockets take him off their 50 man protected list, anyone can get their hands on him. I agree with hocus lopez that the Rockets wins and losses will be the result of their older players, not the young guys. It's the 18-19 and 20's that win you hockey games, yet the future is extremely bright in the 16 and 17 year-old age group.
